TECHNICMAN has an experienced technical know-how for several years in the area of screening, filtration and mesh sieves.

TECHNICMAN offers a (re-) tensioning service of all your screen frames or rings for all types and brands of filtersieving machines (ultrasonic, vibrating, shaking and ordinary sieves) with synthetic or stainless steel mesh.

After removal of the damaged gauze the frame is re-tensioned with the desired synthetic or metal mesh. Side tensioning, fastening and welding your wire screen fabric is also possible. We always use the right kind of glue : high or low temperature resistant, moisture-proof, and conform with the FDA regulations in the food-industry.

In addition, it is also possible to offer you entirely new tailor-made screen frames (square, rectangular, round)

Technicman can also offer you screening panels. These panels provided with tension hooks are laterally stretched in the direction of the sieve movement of the product to be sieved and filtered.

Technicman also supplies accessories for filtering such as screen cleaning balls, cleaning brushes,  filter discs, frame seals, punched plates, welded wedge wire screens, filter sleeves…
